Terms & Conditions.

TERMS
A 50% deposit is required upon placement of the order unless otherwise specified by dot.INK staff. Orders placed outside the state of WA will require payment in full before the order begins. A check deposit will be required to clear before the order begins. If the check is returned, there will be a $25 fee. The order must be paid in full upon completion of the order unless otherwise specified by dot.INK staff.  

 

PRICING
dot.INK reserves the right to make price adjustments without notice. Price adjustments typically occur as a result of price increases/decreases regarding the cost of goods from our wholesaler. We do our best to contact you regarding any changes in pricing. 

 

ARTWORK
The artwork must be either vector or a minimum of 300 dpi. Preferred file types are .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .CDR, .TIF, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF. Artwork which falls outside these criteria may be subject to additional fees. If you need help determining whether you have the correct file type and resolution, please refer to our Art Prep page

 

ARTWORK & ORDER APPROVAL
All artwork and orders requires approval from you, the customer, before fulfilling your order. We use a digital mock-up system and signature via email. When the mock-up is sent to you, we ask that you look very carefully for any errors. Check artwork for proper spelling, size, quantity, logo placement, color, etc. Once you sign off on the mock-up, dot.INK will not accept responsibility for any corrections therafter. Any requests after the approval may require additional fees. Additionally, requests lasting longer than 24 hours after the mock-up could result in production delays. 

 

ORDER CHANGES 
Changes made after the order has been placed will be subject to a $50 fee as well as any fees required for revising the order. Please be certain of your order before submission. Changes are costly and time consuming. Expect delays to your order from the original due date, even if a rush fee has been applied. 

 

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made after the order has been placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any additional services used prior to cancellation including shipping. If the order has already entered production and/or manipulation of the original garment, cancellations will not be accepted.  

 

DUE DATES
Due dates must be specified during the inquiry. If you are unsure, please select a tentative date. Our typical turn around time is 5-15 business days from the initial inquiry to end of production. 

 

SHIPPING
dot.INK uses trusted and reputibale shipping carriers and practices to ensure your order arrives as it left our door. dot.INK is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carriers. Please factor in shipping time with your order to ensure on-time delivery.

 

APPAREL DISCLAIMER
dot.INK does not assume responsibility for manufacturer defects inlcuding but not limited to: holes in garments, irregular stitching, irregular seams, and mislabeling. We inspect every garment that we recieve from our wholesaler to make sure there are no defects.  Consider ordering a few extra of each garment if an exact quantity is needed. 

 

CLAIMS
If for any reason your order is printed differently than the approved mock-up, we will issue a reprint. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours from the delivery date. After 72 hours, dot.INK will no longer issue a reprint. We do not issue refunds. Reprints only. You must ship the misprints back to dot.INK (shipping & return label covered by us). We will reprint only the amount of shirts we recieve back from you. Please send an email to claims@dotinkdesign.com to submit your claim.

   

QUALITY CONTROL
We take great measure to ensure your garments are exactly as you ordered. However, mistakes do happen. We offer an industry standard of 72 hours after you recieve your order to notify us regarding any issues with the order. After the 72 hours, dot.INK is not responsible for any errors with your order. We ask that you check your order upon arrival to make sure your order is error free. 

 

UNDER RUNS & SPOILAGE
dot.INK does not gaurantee that the quantity in the initial order will match the final quantity after production. Errors sometimes occur during the production process that may jeaprodize the garment (tearing the garment, loss of registration, over-curing, etc.). It is a good idea to order more than the amount needed (+ 5%). dot.INK will not be responsible for lost profits. 

 

Returned Checks
